There is no easy way to get over a heartbreak. The answer to this question may vary from person to person because everybody handles things differently. But one thing I can tell you is that patience is absolutely crucial. You’re not going to get over a heartbreak overnight, it could honestly take several months for some people. You have to understand people come & go in your life. Some people are here for just a season & some are here for a reason. Some people are a blessing & some are a lesson. Try not to see this in a negative way. Never think anything is your fault & never think there’s something wrong with you. Always try to learn from every situation, good or bad. You’re going to feel terrible going through it but you have to stay strong & keep your head up no matter what. Just know it’s not going to last forever & you are going to be ok. In the meantime, find things you love doing & stay around positive people that make you happy to make this process easier.
